Exceptional Ideas Ltd prides itself on being a learning organisation and our staff undertake training and development throughout their employment.
Upon starting with Exceptional Ideas Ltd, staff begin a probationary period of 6 months. During this time, they complete mandatory training and formal assessment in a range of areas. These include, among others:
Staff undergo observation and team teach sessions regularly during this period to ensure quality of teaching and understanding of our philosophy.
After the probationary period, staff continue to complete annual mandatory refresher training, and receive training both internally and externally regarding various areas of practise. They also undergo regular observation and team teaching sessions.
All senior staff hold, or are working towards, degree level qualifications and are involved in creating, delivering and monitoring training.
